Gulaid has joined CIT in 2009 as the Chief Executive Officer of its Mining, infrastructure and crushing division. Gulaid is a graduate of Masters in Economics from the University of Royal Holloway. Gulaid has led the Mining, Infrastructure and crushing business through a period of sustained growth, having managed the bidding and negotiations of CIT’s lucrative Al-Baitha contract with Ma’aden Aluminum Company. Gulaid is as well the group’s Head of real-estate investments, a division that has been formed to manage the groups real estate portfolio.
