A 6 km² shared maintenance pilot in Riyadh covering 40+ government facilities, introducing a unified FM model across multiple entities.

Client Objective

To improve maintenance efficiency, reduce operational duplication, and implement a scalable, performance-driven FM model across government facilities.

Scope of Services

    Hard FM: MEP systems, civil works, life safety systems, preventive & corrective maintenance
    Soft FM: Cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping
